1. At setup, WaveRider will ask if you want to use saved API info. Type N then press Enter.
2. Now you will open a browser window, and go to https://www.kucoin.com/account/sub
3. Login if you are not already logged in
4. On the Subaccounts page, press View on the first subaccount for WaveRider
5. Select the Futures tab at the top of the window that just opened.
6. You should see this on the API page. Fill it in.
COPY DOWN THE PASSPHRASE (RED BOX)!!!!!! YOU WILL NEED IT FOR THE BOT:
7. After that, scroll down and check General and Futures Trading permissions, and No IP Restriction, then hit the Next button.
8. Do the security stuff.
9. Copy down the Key and Secret. You will need these for the bot. Make sure you get the Secret NOW because you will not be able to see it again.
10. After you have copied down the Key AND Secret, press the Confirm button.
11. Connect your bot’s API key to your PowerTrader account here. Put it in the “” field
12. Now go back to the Bot’s Console (The black Linux screen) and enter in each API thing as it asks for it. Passphrase first, then Secret, finally Key.
13. Repeat this process starting at Step 4, but do the 2nd subaccount instead of the 1st.
– You are now finished with API setup!
