I just started the bot, what are some tips for Beginners?

-PATIENCE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!

-Don’t try to always do everything yourself – Please ask for help if you need it!

-Set up a subaccount in Kucoin so the bot doesn’t interfere with your manual trades. The bot uses the account value to determine auto-sell, buy percentage and other things so if you move coins, deposit or trade, it affects the bot. It could lead to unintentional auto-sell which sells all the coins even the ones that lost value.

-The “Percent Gain for Auto Sell All Reset” feature is used only when you are comfortable with the bot and you are ready to set it for the long haul. If you want to make any changes to the bot or want to run the bot in manual in anyway, you should set the number to a really high number such as 10000. This will prevent any unintentional selling of all the coins that are stuck in trade.

-You want to run the bot for a while to get used to all the settings and how the bot works. There are a lot of potential mistakes in settings and there are tweaks you want to make as the bot runs. Use the bot with a smaller amount first until you feel ready and confident in what settings you want to run the bot. During this time, try to figure out what all the graphs mean, all the coins being traded are doing, and how DCA works. Only after a few weeks of running, testing out settings and when you feel confident you can troubleshoot the bot, that’s when you should commit more money. Don’t get in a rush to get things going.

-Once you’ve learned something or has an idea, come share in the chat! Help others as well.

-Learn how to deposit money into the bot without triggering the auto-sell all coins function.

-Read instructions when updating the bot, make sure you follow all the steps otherwise you could trigger the auto-sell all coins function.
